Dale Clew "A damn dry snitch"  This
hater first came to our attention about 3 years ago. He has
short red hair and a matching mustache, stocky build and average
height. He's probably well into his 40's. He was
sleeping in an older white Subaru station wagon with Idaho license
plates. He has a small portable TV that he watches until he
goes to sleep, usually around one of the city parks. This
freak hates children when they make too much noise, since that
interferes with his TV watching.He also despises "meth heads" and loudly screams that they should "all die". He will camp outside your house and report everything that, in his eyes, looks like drug activity. If he does agitate an arrest, he'll stand on the street and watch, cheering loudly, as though he had just won some race or something like that... nobody seems to know why he is so angry with "meth heads", or what he has against children playing, but the word "jerk" does come to mind... He was driving a tan and brown, older VW van with the expired Idaho license plates from the Subaru on it, but the only photo known to exist is of him in this small pick-up, in late November of 2007. It is not known whether this truck had those Idaho plates on it or not, and if he is indeed homeless, no one has offered a rational explanation for where he comes up with the several different vehicles he has been seen driving and sleeping in. The Portland police will not make him move, and may not even come out at all for calls involving this freak---they wouldn't even do anything when he was reported for yelling profanities a young girls who were playing in the park, (they were making too much noise to suit him). This freak could be anywhere. He has been seen in the St. Francis Church's chow line several times, and at parks in the southeast Portland area, and for some reason, police prefer not to bother him. |
Kenneth Clowers DOB
7/17/70, Ken's dad was a Multnomah County Patrol officer. He
communicated bad info to a P.O.that resulted in a woman being sent to jail. He hangs out at the waterfront, selling pot, and if he gets pissed off, he's likely to tell cops or PO's anything to cause trouble. Not a trustworthy guy. You can see his name come up in the Multnomah County booking logs all the time. Ya gotta wonder how he keeps bouncing in and out so fast. This misinformation problem between Portland cops and POs is a pervasive problem which has resulted in lots of people getting violated. What has worked to fight this, was to get to the PO first, take some of the sting out of the bad info by telling the PO what this person does, and what kind of bullshit he can expect him to do to you too. |

Brian is an informant that Southeast "old school" should remember
very well. He and his brothers Ronny (red head usually riding a
motorcycle), Chuck (the sex offender responsible for kidnapping a
school-girl from a school and dragging her across the street to an
adult motel on Powell for sex) and sister Vicki, the most memorable
ones, lived for most of their lives on southeast 67th and Pardee.
You would be hard-pressed to find anyone who had much to good to say
about them. Unless. of course, you were talking to a Lamar, whose
family grew up with the Burch's...and there's one of them on these
pages too...go figure. |
Kirk Leon Pierce Lots
of people know "Kirkie", but few know he has a history of snitching
that escalated just after his dad
died in 2000. Anyone who wants to know, can easily find several
court documents at the Multnomah
County Court House, where he gave other people up during a traffic
stop, or whatever. He really went off the
deep end when his own grandmother reported his involvement in
identity theft, but the real culprit,
Harold Hayes, who supplied him with his first bad checks, escaped
accountability.He has recently been playing "revolving doors" at MCDC for parole violations, and probably will be back... |
Craig Preston Hipple Craig
is quite a piece of work. He's a thief, a bully, and a
woman-beater. He once beat his girlfriend in front of her
kids--when she
fought back, he called the cops on HER! He'll steal you blind
while you are in the bathroom, or he'll drive
off with your purse (but without you) if you dare go into a store
but leave your valuables in the car for a minute. He can seem pretty intimidating unless you stand your ground. But like sharks, Hipple likes "easy" prey that don't put up too much of a fight, and they both are scavengers. |

Who knows how many others he's blackmailing for his silence, right now...He was often seen teaming up with Kevin McCracken, who is so weak, he pinned a marijuana distribution on his own wife---and let her do his time! Fitting company for Donny.

Smith, (9th Circuit Court of Appeals) case no. 06-30214---in WA. victims: Isaac Kimber, Martin Garcia, Ronald Smith and Robert Green were among 13 defendants charged in a 25 count indictment. An admitted customer of Garcia testified at trial that Garcia was supplying her and Edwin Santiago with methamphetamine. Black also admitted selling cocaine to Garcia. Black's testimony clearly indicated the time frame and dates, and all said and done, Mr. Garcia was sentenced to 1,284 months in November 2005. That's one thousand, two hundred and eighty-four months (approx 107 years) for conspiracy to distribute over 50 grams of meth. But she didn't stop there---she told of Garcia's fronting her a pound of meth, intimidated and trained her how not to get ripped off... This particular case is a must-read for a feel of what kind of damages a conspiracy indictment can do to any group that can be associated and connected in multiple crimes. This case will help you understand what the prosecution looks for in a conspiracy case to obtain maximum penalties against their targets-of-the-day. Conspiracy ain't no joke! |

Danny Norris --- There is all kinds of scandal behind this guy, who has been ripping people off, and then telling on them to avoid paying his debt. He generally likes to rub elbows with known meth cooks, offering his "services". But those services turn out to be much more trouble than what Danny Norris is worth, when the people he owes are sitting in an MCDC cell awaiting a court date while Danny is free to scout out his next victim. |

Cartersville, GA. 30120 Phone #770-318-6900 He owns a construction co. called Kenny Rogers Construction or K.R.C. Mr. Rogers has helped with over a dozen warrants in Bartow Co. He deals in drugs, mainly Meth. Also stolen items such as cars, jet skis, motor cycles, cargo trailers and guns. He talks people into helping him steal stuff or get him drugs with the promise of big $$$$$$$ then he sets them up to get busted by the police. |

Brooke Marie Bibler In United States V. Bibler, (9th Circuit Court of Appeals) case no. CR-05-00174-2-SEH...Argued Mar 9, 2007, Seattle WA. Bibler was arrested after police entered her house with a search warrant and found meth. In return for the government's promise of a downward departure, she pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of meth and agreed to testify against her boyfriend. The only kicker here, is that she got 80 months when her pre-sentence report recommended 41 to 51 months---and lost on appeal because she waived her right to appeal at the plea bargaining! |

Janice Kay Ferguson Needless to say, the two victims were off to prison, while Janice remained free to get high and call her "new friends" whenever she wishes. Janice has become a full-fledged paid informant. |

Terry Cronkite physical info wanted Perhaps one of the most devastating informants in Portland's history, this brazen snitch gave a huge deposition that named over 144 people in Portland, from clubhouse to clubhouse, identity thefts to meth cooks and chemical suppliers--All from the comfort of his MCDC cell. In the 1998 deposition, he can be quoted as saying "Nobody would suspect ME of snitching, I'M already in jail !" (That deposition was acquired and copies were passed around the entire area within a matter of minutes, helping the victims prepare for the police's planned assault.) Portland police, embarrassingly came up almost empty handed after their "sweep" in the winter of 1999-2000. I'm sure they are still pissed off about that, having gone to the committee to get an extra 1000 man-hours of overtime approved for this incident alone--only having to pay back most of all that after the subsequent failure. It just goes to show ya-------- Even the police get just about what they pay for. |

Logan Murphy gives information to the Drug Enforcement Teams in Clackamas and Multnomah County. He says "They aren't cops dude. They are really nice. They just want to know about the Mexicans. This
little weasel fed off of a cook until the very day he died. He
had to be paid in product in order to keep him from snitching.
Imagine what it would be like to live under the threat of prison,
every day of your life--- Donny also steals people blind.
Among his "talents" is identity theft and he's a wannabe computer
whiz. He's a worm, plain and simple.
According
to someone who wanted to set the record straight for the deceased,
Dave has sent at least 4 persons to prison, car-prowlers, UUMVs, and
they say there is paperwork that says he told on his partner Randy
(who is no longer with us) who took off in a stolen van.
Apparently Dave was miffed at being left locked out of the hotel
room so he squalked. Dave is from Bremerton Washington.
"TATOO DAVE" is his AKA. Anyone considering doing any kind of
a crime with this guy may want to think again...real hard about
whether they put any stock in this info.
