This one is going to be a long read...

Like most scammers, these two have worn out their welcome everywhere.  If these two got a foot in your door, you may be looking at what used to be your savings account, your negative checking account balance, your empty wallet and/or the long list of items of value that you used to proudly display.

People who knew Al say he WAS a decent person back then, but somehow he changed drastically.  It can't be the cancer he has, because that doesn't give one carte blanche to do as he pleases, but Al does as he pleases, with or without your blessings.  The two of them get into huge brawls, often with knives, chairs or whatever is within grabbing distance.  Of course all lips are loose when they are pissed off, and these two must carry shovels in their back pockets because they always dig each other's holes deeper than they needed to be.  That would be funny, except for the idea that if they tell on each other, then what about other situations?  Ask his own son. (the only one of three who will even acknowledge him as their father)  His son Mike has serious mental issues due to a blow to the back of his head, and Al exploits that to the point where his son gladly takes the beef for him, trying to keep his dad from "spending the rest of his life in prison"....but the charges weren't that serious.

One of Al's victims had this to say---

"I really, really wanted them out of my house.  All of the fighting was something that no one should have been made to live through. The two of them were completely crazy and would go to any extent to hurt each other. They even pulled knives on each other. Lisa even got him in the arm with one of my knives, which are also gone, thanks to them...

The stuff they stole from me includes jewelry from my bedroom, the cash from the Honda that I sold, the carpet cleaner that I bought from Lisa, who stole it back after that, the vacuum cleaner, the sewing machine that my Dad gave me, and the two wedding ring sets and the diamond necklaces from my safe, just for starters.

How about every last one of the kids Christmas (2006) presents? Stealing from a kid is not beneath them.  My ipod?  The way that he did the vulture on the hardware of all four computers that were in my home and all of the computer software I had? He left nothing in working order, stealing anything he thought he should have---sometimes leaving some inferior part in it's place.

The fact that he stripped two of my best bicycles to the frames?  Really, they were perfect before he laid his hands on them.  Three three times my cars were impounded because of the two of them, the third time resulted in me losing my Acura and I was stranded for seven hours!  I had no money, no phone and no phone numbers with me and he just left me there...What a piece of shit!"  But, I was warned about them too, BY MIKEY!  Al's own son!  And I didn't listen to him.

...and from an elderly victim in his 80's...

"He thought he could just take over a bedroom in my house without my permission.  He destroyed my property overnight and could have burned my house down or got me heavily fined for his electrical handiwork. (see below)

Then he stole my personal information, and now I have a fraudulent $5,646 check that wiped out my checking account... I don't know how much Al Prado has stolen from me yet, just because he was in my house for a short time.  Then, to add insult to injury, he tried to get an attorney to SUE ME for having him thrown out of my house!  Thanks to the assistance of several people who told their stories to that attorney, that didn't happen.  Al got dropped like the bad apple he is".

An excerpt from the reply to Al's attorney---

"A valid restraining order was in effect against Al, apparently the result of a previous violent incident as I understood it, when Lisa allegedly stabbed him. The details are unclear, but clearly they were ordered not to be together as a matter of public record. Almost immediately after they got in here, Lisa pulled a rather large knife on him during an argument, and later in the almost continuous scuffle, he punched her and blacked her eye, scratched her neck and left other bruises on her".

There are several people who say he and/or Lisa took substantial sums of money and/or their tools, jewelry or computer stuff and disappeared, but we didn't list each one, trying to keep this from reaching novel length...

... one victim says...

"Lisa will sell you things, then steal them back after you've paid for them."

"...Someone named Ron says he would love to find Al.  This guy is really mad at him apparently.  Al took all his work tools and took his van (where he lived and how he got to work) across the scales when he was in jail for a couple of days".

...and another victim says...

"Al gets a restraining order against ME and I can't even walk!,  He said I sent people to beat him up, but yet he didn't get an order against THEM, just me.  Why didn't he call the cops if he was assaulted?  Because he's a liar AND a thief.  He just did that so I can't demand my tools back that he stole, because I can't speak to him without going to jail.  He got away clean, with an unknowing judges help..."  An image of the actual document is HERE and the final disposition is HERE...Al didn't even show up.

The list could be a long one if we posted everything, but there's only so much room on the internet.  We're sure Al will have some well thought out response, and we'll post any nonsense he comes up with, for all to see.  In the mean time, if you feel sorry for either of these two---have your head examined instead!  You won't be nearly as sorry for it.
