Defend Your Constitutional Rights IT'S NOT SO FUNNY NOW IS IT? Lawmakers didn't draft any laws to be used against themselves---they drafted them for "the other guy", meaning for the common people. No one cares what happens to criminals, they deserve what they get, right? But formerly upstanding citizens are now realizing that victimless crimes, or "inchoate" crimes make the possibility of going to prison for decades without causing harm or deprivation very real. The idea of "victimless crime" is not as funny when it is applied to insider trading, which has been going on since Wall Street began without penalty. Favors have become "bribes". Who thought the Government would be spying on its own? Those who work inside the government should have known better than to give the Executive branch a loaded gun with unlimited ammunition. Lawmakers must have thought that if they gave in to the demands for power that they themselves would not be suffering the consequences. It just goes to show that politics is a cut-throat game and that even if you smile and Bend Right Over willingly, you will not be spared the fullest force (of the law). Maybe there IS a little justice somewhere in the justice system after all---even if it is only "poetic justice". Now, criminals come from ALL walks of life, from Ghettos to Congress to the Oval Office. It's only obvious in recent corruption cases that there was an informant or "special" surveillance involved...Maybe the Patriot Act wasn't such a good idea after all, since it applies to everyone--- including lawmakers who didn't "play ball". Getting an insider "tip" and selling your stock before the market plummets and you lose your ass, er..., assets is now a crime punishable by imprisonment...getting a good deal on some remodeling or awarding a contract to a friend may land you in prison with the rest of the criminals if some DA can put the right 'spin' on it. One might think that these people would take a closer look at what they vote for...or at least realize that they might be putting themselves in prison. When they trashed our rights, they trashed their own as well, since they too are subject to the law as American Citizens. I wonder if former government officials ever regret giving the Executive branch blanket surveillance powers as they await for mail-call in their little gray cells... |

Shelley Marr Thomas
She says that the reason she got such a light sentence for a repeat offender with her history, was because she told the judge she was the sole support for her children (since when did that earn any leniency) Hello!?!?! Anybody listening? Since when did any judge consider these circumstances "mitigating"? The usual answer is to take the kids away, to be promptly adopted out while mom does her time--- they don't give breaks to mothers for involving young kids with lots of dope and handguns except, apparently, to Ms. Thomas.

Pat Kiser Pat
Kiser is about 50-ish, short red dyed hair and walks with a limp.
Pat works for Hawthorne Fred Meyers as a grocery checkout clerk.
Pat also toots meth, while her Lee slams. These two seem "normal"
when you first meet them, but a little "quirky". But piss her off
and there is no end to what she'll do to spite you. She has had
several restraining orders put on her because she turns into the
psycho-bitch-from-hell, throwing handfuls of syringes on the front
lawn in front of cops, setting traps for people to fall on, and a
host of other spiteful things, like pushing the elderly around.
Then, if that doesn't do it, she'll turn to her pet cop, who'll help
her out. He'll interfere in civil court proceedings on her behalf,
put in a word against you with your PO if you have one, and there's
evidence that she'll buy dope, then when she gets pissed off, she'll
turn you in for selling dope, forgetting to mention you sold it to
HER and/or LEE, who is just as bad as she is.Sheldon Lee Haney

![]() John Michael Madden
Make no mistake--- This
is a very intelligent man. An intelligent sociopath is
especially dangerous when he has Here is a photo of where John Michael Madden lived While
living in that filth, he repeatedly called police and reported
imaginary meth labs and building code |
Kirk Leon PierceLots of people know "Kirkie", but few know he has a history of snitching that escalated just after his dad died in 2000. Anyone who wants to know, can easily find several court documents at the Multnomah County Court House, where he gave other people up during a traffic stop, or whatever. He really went off the deep end when his own grandmother reported his involvement in identity theft, but the real culprit, Harold Hayes, who supplied him with his first bad checks, escaped accountability. Harold saw a "young kid" who would go for just about anything as a good scapegoat, and Hayes always lied about the checks to whomever he conned into cashing them for him---Kirk was one of a long string of victims, and one of the few guys to be used. There is no excuse for a snitch, or for the people who set them up to get started. |
Jerry Scheerer
and
Tracie RueterTrue partners to the end---the end of your cash, that is. These two are "power shoppers". They'll take your cash and forget their way back! You can try to catch up with them, but they'll keep filling you with bullshit until they can get away again. Never let them do your shopping for you, unless you want to make a donation to their cause (themselves). They can not be trusted with your dog, much less your cash. They bounce between Vancouver and Portland and couch-surf about. |
Nancy Sue Hitchcock The
places Nancy has lived are as follows: Lake Oswego, Milwaukie & SE
Portland. Nancy now lives somewhere in SE Portland. Nancy was last
seen hanging out at: “The Spot 79" on SE 79Th & Foster Rd. Her best
friend is an older female who tends bar there during the day shift.
Nancy doesn’t like the big clubs or meat market type bars. Nancy
much prefers the smaller neighborhood bars that have country music,
Jack Daniels and Video poker! JD & Coke is her drink of choice. Back
in the late 90’s Nancy tended bar at the “Farm House Restaurant &
Lounge” on SE 82ND near Powell Blvd. Nancy may be tending bar
somewhere in the SE area right now. Nancy also works part time as
hair dresser, either on the side or cutting and dyeing hair at your
home in trade or for money. Nancy is one of those junkies that
blames her problems on everybody and everything other than her self!
When you look at the
"CONTINUATION REPORT" "SPECIAL REPORT" Page 1/1 Officer Hilsenteger states he looked inside of one of the outside compartments on her bag and found a small zip-lock style bag with dope in it. Officer Hilsenteger also said he found an altoids container with a snort tube in it. He states that it was found in a different compartment. Her purse was huge and the main compartment was wide open. Why is it that the bag landed in a side compartment which was sealed The second search was made after Officer Hilsenteger showed up and Nancy was searched, questioned and detained in the back of his car. It was after they both questioned Nancy that [I] was tackled and strip searched in the parking lot! It was not till after I was stuffed in the back of OFC Laws car that they released Nancy with no paperwork! NANCY HITCHCOCK TRULY IS A PARASITE, COWARD AND SNITCH!!! |
Craig Preston HippleCraig is quite a piece of work. He's a thief, a bully, and a woman-beater. He once beat his girlfriend in front of her kids--when she fought back, he called the cops on HER! He'll steal you blind while you are in the bathroom, or he'll drive off with your purse (but without you) if you dare go into a store but leave your valuables in the car for a minute. He can seem pretty intimidating unless you stand your ground. They say sharks like "easy" prey that don't put up too much of a fight--- |
Elza Ellis (Jon) Turkington III He
has no scruples and will do anything he can to come out clean.
That includes dragging little children’s names into the mix. He not
only set up a grandmother, but is doing all he can to talk the pigs
into taking her grandkids away from her because he says she is on
drugs. He’s a liar, a cheater and a RAT! He has already taken two people down and is working on two more just because he can. Seems if you cross him he will make anything up and is very convincing. He got a girl pregnant and left her high and dry as well as stole her birth certificate, stole company checks and falsified them and showed them to her boss with a cockamamie story that she is stealing from the company!!! Now she is jobless and homeless with his unborn child all alone in Portland! All because she left him because he was beating her up! He’s a bald, about 5’ 7” with green eyes. Drives a 1993 dark grey Toyota Pickup Truck with temporary tags. Works at 131st Ave & 4th Plain and lives at 515 Reserve in Vancouver. He has been in prison before in Las Vegas, Nevada and knows better than to be a snitch. "This fuck is a rat on the streets. He got busted in Vancouver on or around September 1, 2007 and is working with the Vancouver PD to save his ass from incarceration." from someone who knows |

Donny Tuggle Who knows how many others he's blackmailing for his silence, right now...He was often seen teaming up with Kevin McCracken, who is so weak, he pinned a marijuana distribution on his own wife---and let her do his time! Fitting company for Donny. |

Edith Ann Barrett Why would anyone ask for someone they don't know, and who doesn't know them, and then try to buy meth from a complete strangers? Only
one logical reason...It was an attempt by a paid informant to
infiltrate, or at least make a controlled buy at a "suspected" drug
house. You see, Edith said that "Edith sent her" when she was
asked who sent her there to buy dope. (they threatened to call her
cop friends and tell them to go to hell, and take their rat with
them) The cops prepped her with info that was probably obtained
from jail video-audio tapes, and sent her in to make a buy. The
only major problem with that was the cops were just wishfully
thinking again, and there was no drugs for sale, or anything else
for that matter.
Got DAMAGE CONTROL?

Kenneth ClowersDOB 7/17/70, Ken's dad was a Multnomah County Patrol officer. He communicated bad info to a P.O. that resulted in a woman being sent to jail. He hangs out at the waterfront, selling pot, and if he gets pissed off, he's likely to tell cops or PO's anything to cause trouble. Not a trustworthy guy. You can see his name come up in the Multnomah County booking logs all the time. Ya gotta wonder how he keeps bouncing in and out so fast. This misinformation problem between Portland cops and POs is a pervasive problem which has resulted in lots of people getting violated. What has worked to fight this, was to get to the PO first, take some of the sting out of the bad info by telling the PO what this person does, and what kind of bullshit he can expect him to do to you too. |
Carla Gottchalk
Age: 32 from Seaside, Albany, Astoria, Warrenton, and surrounding areas of Oregon, she tries to be a member of the white pride gangs, and tries to make something out of herself that she isn't! she will turn you in, just as soon as look at you. Right now she is in prison in Oregon. L. Bartlett |
