Just for the sake of general information:  With a couple of exceptions, the people who are posted on these pages are not known by, or associated with members of WABC.  The bulk of this information has been contributed by people (some preferring to remain anonymous) in the community who want to make our knowledge base grow, and expand our collective protections as a community, against treachery and deceit.

The details submitted in these posts suggest that the info has some weight, and documentation to back it up is preferred.  We will remove any post that proves to be completely false and was submitted only to harass someone, or posted in retaliation for actions not related to informing.

This site is for informational purposes only, and we do not advocate violence.  Violence and fear will not solve the problem, protecting our right to privacy and police intrusions will solve the problem.

Defend Your Constitutional Rights

This is a collection of info about persons known to supply information to law enforcement for their own personal gain, or to avoid their own consequences.  We realize that sometimes people may not have said what police claim, or are threatened or tricked into giving up that information.  But there are others who snitch for revenge, just to make a few bucks, or perhaps avoid going to jail or prison...Whether we have any sympathy for them, or not, is irrelevant.  Our goal is not a punitive one, our goal is to eradicate one of the government's most devastating weapons---The Confidential Reliable Informant.

As long as we allow the government to use us like puppets to violate each other's lives for the profits of the Prison Industrial Complex, there will be no end to slavery, and there will be no privacy, even in our most private activities in our own homes.  Informants are a detriment to society, and we must resist government intrusions, especially when they are using our own people as "tools" against us.  The recent wave of government officials who were spied on or informed on and are facing charges themselves, is a joyous turn about, perhaps this will help turn our "snitch culture" around. 

IT'S NOT SO FUNNY NOW IS IT?

Lawmakers didn't draft any laws to be used against themselves---they drafted them for "the other guy", meaning for the common people.   No one cares what happens to criminals, they deserve what they get, right?  But formerly upstanding citizens are now realizing that victimless crimes, or "inchoate" crimes make the possibility of going to prison for decades without causing harm or deprivation very real.  The idea of "victimless crime" is not as funny when it is applied to insider trading, which has been going on since Wall Street began without penalty.  Favors have become "bribes".  Who thought the Government would be spying on its own?

Those who work inside the government should have known better than to give the Executive branch a loaded gun with unlimited ammunition.  Lawmakers must have thought that if they gave in to the demands for power that they themselves would not be suffering the consequences.  It just goes to show that politics is a cut-throat game and that even if you smile and Bend Right Over willingly, you will not be spared the fullest force (of the law).

Maybe there IS a little justice somewhere in the justice system after all---even if it is only "poetic justice".  Now, criminals come from ALL walks of life, from Ghettos to Congress to the Oval Office.  It's only obvious in recent corruption cases that there was an informant or "special" surveillance involved...Maybe the Patriot Act wasn't such a good idea after all, since it applies to everyone--- including lawmakers who didn't "play ball".

Getting an insider "tip" and selling your stock before the market plummets and you lose your ass, er..., assets is now a crime punishable by imprisonment...getting a good deal on some remodeling or awarding a contract to a friend may land you in prison with the rest of the criminals if some DA can put the right 'spin' on it.  One might think that these people would take a closer look at what they vote for...or at least realize that they might be putting themselves in prison.  When they trashed our rights, they trashed their own as well, since they too are subject to the law as American Citizens.

I wonder if former government officials ever regret giving the Executive branch blanket surveillance powers as they await for mail-call in their little gray cells...

Shelley Marr Thomas

Shelley, her long-time male friend "Teemo" (phonetically), and her daughter Nicole have been victimizing meth cooks and "high-volume dealers for over 3 years.  The old "bait and catch" method, using Shelley's daughter as bait, and then Teemo, the so-called muscle, comes in to gain control of the victim. If the victim does not cooperate, he goes to prison. period.  Shelley has a long felony record, having spent time at OWCC in the 90"s.  As an indicator, she recently was arrested with an ounce of meth, her child in the car, and a loaded handgun---(we all know what should have happened here) yet Ms. Thomas was sentenced to 30 days of "house arrest"! 

She says that the reason she got such a light sentence for a repeat offender with her history, was because she told the judge she was the sole support for her children (since when did that earn any leniency)  Hello!?!?!  Anybody listening?  Since when did any judge consider these circumstances "mitigating"?  The usual answer is to take the kids away, to be promptly adopted out while mom does her time--- they don't give breaks to mothers for involving young kids with lots of dope and handguns except, apparently, to Ms. Thomas.

Lee Haney likes to play head games, he's a lying manipulator and a thief.  He threatens and intimidates with his height (he's about 6 ft 4in.)  He chased a retreating officer to his car, whining about "broken" junk, and anything else he could think of that people involved might have done illegal, but the poor cop just wanted to get away from this fucking whiner.  This is called "dry-snitching".  Lee has a history of fraternizing with the Feds.  He has been known to be a snitch for about 6 years now, when he rolled on his own partner, who, of course went to prison, while Lee got nothing but a drug program.  Lee will tell you he has never been busted for anything more than a little weed---don't believe it.  They are also quite accomplished snoops---they'll eavesdrop on the phone, steal your mail, steal info from your phone messages and write down license plates of your visitors, hoping to get some dirt (blackmail ammunition) on you, and they WILL tell on you when they don't get their way.

These two losers live in their red ford van in a SE Portland alley.  They both ride bikes everywhere because neither is legal to drive.  They are probably living in their red ford van again, because no one wants them in their house.  As their history shows, do them a favor, they'll kick you in the teeth anyway---they're both about as self-centered as it gets.  Don't be fooled by these two losers, and don't set yourself up to be blackmailed either.  Kick these two rats to the curb, if they get their tails in the door you'll have hell getting rid of them.

Normally, we don't like to include personal vices, but since these two use their habits as a weapon when they get mad, we felt it only right to warn people so they don't get caught by surprise.

Make no mistake--- This is a very intelligent man.  An intelligent sociopath is especially dangerous when he has
never been held accountable for any crime.  John is a manipulator who likes to use police as muscle. Imagine
someone so hateful that he would live in utter filth to avoid sharing his free accommodations with anyone else.

While living in that filth, he repeatedly called police and reported imaginary meth labs and building code
fractions in order to get his way.  The schmuck also abandoned two pregnant cats who had kittens down in that
mess.  Playing "mind games" with mentally handicapped persons and bullying the elderly are his traits.

The Dude is bad news wherever he roams.

The places Nancy has lived are as follows: Lake Oswego, Milwaukie & SE Portland. Nancy now lives somewhere in SE Portland. Nancy was last seen hanging out at: “The Spot 79" on SE 79Th & Foster Rd. Her best friend is an older female who tends bar there during the day shift. Nancy doesn’t like the big clubs or meat market type bars. Nancy much prefers the smaller neighborhood bars that have country music, Jack Daniels and Video poker! JD & Coke is her drink of choice. Back in the late 90’s Nancy tended bar at the “Farm House Restaurant & Lounge” on SE 82ND near Powell Blvd. Nancy may be tending bar somewhere in the SE area right now. Nancy also works part time as hair dresser, either on the side or cutting and dyeing hair at your home in trade or for money. Nancy is one of those junkies that blames her problems on everybody and everything other than her self!

Nancy feeds off of anyone who has a fat sack of speed! When Nancy does buy dope it usually doesn’t amount to more than a half T or a teener at a time. Don’t let Nancy fool you into thinking that you are her friend! Let it be known and let me forewarn you, Nancy Hitchcock has no friends! Her speed bag means more to her than your friendship or your freedom! Nancy gave up a 10 yrs friend for a nickel dime bag of speed! Don’t think for a minute that she wouldn’t give you up too! If it meant doing one day in jail, Nancy would sell you down the river for less! So before you consider Nancy your friend, consider this, to her you may just be her next get out of jail for free card!

When you look at the "CONTINUATION REPORT"

Page 4/4 NANCY tells OFC Hilsenteger she saw [me] drop the small zip-lock baggie inside her bag!

"SPECIAL REPORT" Page 1/1 Officer Hilsenteger states he looked inside of one of the outside compartments on her bag and found a small zip-lock style bag with dope in it.  Officer Hilsenteger also said he found an altoids container with a snort tube in it. He states that it was found in a different compartment.  Her purse was huge and the main compartment was wide open. Why is it that the bag landed in a side compartment which was sealed

The second search was made after Officer Hilsenteger showed up and Nancy was searched, questioned and detained in the back of his car.  It was after they both questioned Nancy that [I] was tackled and strip searched in the parking lot!  It was not till after I was stuffed in the back of OFC Laws car that they released Nancy with no paperwork!  NANCY HITCHCOCK TRULY IS A PARASITE, COWARD AND SNITCH!!!

Donny Tuggle

This little weasel fed off of a cook until the very day he died.  He had to be paid in product in order to keep him from snitching.  Imagine what it would be like to live under the threat of prison, every day of your life--- Donny also steals people blind.  Among his "talents" is identity theft and he's a wannabe computer whiz.  He's a worm, plain and simple.

Who knows how many others he's blackmailing for his silence, right now...He was often seen teaming up with Kevin McCracken, who is so weak, he pinned a marijuana distribution on his own wife---and let her do his time!  Fitting company for Donny.

Edith Ann Barrett

Why would anyone ask for someone they don't know, and who doesn't know them, and then try to buy meth from a complete strangers?

Only one logical reason...It was an attempt by a paid informant to infiltrate, or at least make a controlled buy at a "suspected" drug house.   You see, Edith said that "Edith sent her" when she was asked who sent her there to buy dope.  (they threatened to call her cop friends and tell them to go to hell, and take their rat with them)   The cops prepped her with info that was probably obtained from jail video-audio tapes, and sent her in to make a buy.   The only major problem with that was the cops were just wishfully thinking again, and there was no drugs for sale, or anything else for that matter.
 

SHE IS AN INFORMANT.   If she's a new association, you are probably looking at a secret indictment for conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.   Information has it that she is only one of a dozen (or more) federal informants working in our backyard, right now.   Her old arrest records were on the inmatereleases.org website until  Aug 2003, then she falls off the records pile and just disappears. --- Until you go down to the Multnomah County courthouse records department.  She has a "sealed" file that they won't confirm exist, not even the file date.  MCSO has changed their format now, so those old records are no longer available at the site.

 

Got DAMAGE CONTROL?

Note:  It was pretty hard to positively identify someone we saw briefly, only once.  I wish I could have posted this sooner---everybody should read the RICO act, and get familiar with the loosely written conspiracy statute.  You gotta know what you might be dealing with, to prepare an intelligent defense.  Secret indictments come out of nowhere and carry some heavy time if convicted.
