"I was recently released from federal prison after serving 21-months on a 2-year sentence for Aggravated Identity-theft.

As you could probably guess, I was snitched on by a notorious snitch.  I have the proof in the clear statements the snitch made against me in the incident report.  From this discovery material, I learned that Arthur James Chappell had also been snitching on others in unrelated matters and has offered to set people up if the feds would let him.  I would like for this snitch to be known about and want to post the court papers along with his photo".
